About the book: year / Three Russian writers: Yakov Knyazhnin (1740-1791), Denis Fonvizin (1745-1792) and Ivan Krylov (1769-1844 ). The years of their resistance occurred at the end of the 18th century. Their works are similar, while their recognition differs. All of them gravitated towards translated literature, drawing inspiration from it and adapting plots. If Knyazhnin and Fonvizin did not receive honor during their lifetime (he did not come to them after death either), then Krylov managed to understand in time, having met the 19th century as someone who looked at reality differently.
