About the book: year / The all-powerful leader of the Soviet state, what if he took it and didn’t die? Or rather, what if he died and then rose again? No, like this: what if the leader died and someone resurrected him? An adventure, you say? Liars, you say? Don't rush. In our time, neither the Holy Spirit nor magic is needed for resurrection - just DNA, a tiny molecule, a drop of blood that contains the universe, the universe of one single person. And here it is, the world of the tyrant in all its diversity. Do you think it’s a tall tale? Two representatives of evil spirits bring the deceased Vladimir Shchepkin back to life in a bet. The debate is essentially idle: will a former dead man turn into a complete scoundrel if given a chance, or not? The “former dead man” and slacker Vladimir Shchepkin, after his resurrection, creates the company “VOSSTANOVLENIE Ltd.” Shchepkin is helped in this by his school friend Petya Rukavov, now an extremely successful businessman from France, Pierre Volant. The company's services include the most complete recreation of a deceased person: a voice is reproduced, photographs are printed, videos are recorded, letters are written and personal items are invented; there is only no man. Nevertheless, inconsolable relatives want to believe that he is alive, that he sent a photograph, that he is working, that here is his family, but here is a phone call, they neglect reality - they are satisfied with the unreality - after all, the facts say that the son is alive, that he got married , that yesterday he sent a cheerful postcard...VOSSTANOVLENIE Ltd employs a small army of hired actors, graphologists, directors and designers. Thanks to the talents of its partners, the newest service, which turned out to be a monopoly, is rapidly gaining popularity. At the same time, the main character begins to be tormented by his conscience. He is ready to edit a dubious business. However, a conflict flares up: the partner is not ready to wind down a successful business. As a result of the betrayal of Pyotr Rukavov, his partner and friend, Shchepkin is forced to flee. Using modern scientific developments and to achieve unseemly goals, Rukavov is trying to recreate the leader of the Soviet state - a man who died at the government dacha in Kuntsevo in 1953. As a result of the efforts made, Shchepkin deals with his partner, returns the company and control over the Project. Having gained a taste for it, he is elected governor, restores “order,” and kills his opponents. In a word, the “former dead man” manages to turn into a complete scoundrel. With which he departs to another world. The narration is told from the perspective of a parasite discovered in March 1953 on the body of the head of the Soviet state and frozen “until better times.” The blood of the deceased, located in the arachnid's body, is subsequently used to restore the leader's DNA. As a result of the experiment, a boy appears, around whom, in fact, the intrigue unfolds. The insect believes that this is his son, it searches for the child and finds it, but with curses it dies at his hands. In turn, Rukavov is looking for a boy to use for personal gain. Shchepkin is also looking for the boy. A certain secret organization of “concerned citizens” saves the boy. The book contains neither political parallels nor any references to the highest officials of modern Russia. Read for good health.
