About the book: 2000 / Andre-Jean Festugier (1898-1982) - famous French classical scholar, specialist in Greek religion, priest of the Dominican Order. He is the author of such books as “The Religious Ideal of the Greeks and the Gospel” (1932), “Socrates” (1934), “The Revelation of Hermes Trismegistus” (I-II, 1944-49), “Epicurus and His Gods” (1946), translator and publisher of numerous works from antiquity.
