About the book: 1967 / Near future. Half of the world has been occupied by a communist empire, the other half of the world is under the rule of a totalitarian party, where the story takes place. In order to better monitor their population and nip any rebel thoughts in the bud, all dreams were placed under surveillance. There was a catalog of dreams from which you could choose the dream you liked or watch your dreams, but then monitoring the dream would be much more thorough and thorough. The main character just started working in an institution for dream control, and the further he worked, the more he began to doubt the correctness of the control.
