About the book: 2022 / Author, chemical engineer, from 1963 to 1991. went from master to Minister of the USSR. Over the past 30 years, he has taken part in the implementation of the most important programs for the introduction of market instruments in the Russian fuel and energy complex. He associates the low efficiency of the USSR economy and the disappearance of the country from the world map with its orientation towards the ideology of Marxism. After the events of 1991, the nation's intellect in the field of sociology, based on the postulates of this teaching, completely depreciated. Due to the ruin of industry, by the end of the 20th century, most of the technical component of Intelligence was lost. The nation is parasitic on the potential created by past generations and lives on borrowed money from future generations. Some successes, largely due to rising oil prices, have created a sense of false Greatness among the country's leadership, which does not allow an objective assessment of the situation.
