  • MediaDB / «Registry office registrar. From the diary of a Kiev woman" Alexandra Sharandachenko: download fb2, read online

About the book: 1964 / Alexandra Filippovna Sharandachenko, teacher of Kyiv secondary school No. 4 in Pushcha-Voditsa (now school No. 104), was in German custody for two terrible years occupation in Kyiv. Working as a registrar for the “metrics bureau” at the “district government”, during this entire time she kept a diary, recording on its pages everything that she saw, what she experienced and what the people around her experienced. The diary, the keeping of which was a feat in itself, tells about the difficult, tragic everyday life of the occupation. The author paints an exciting picture of life in a city occupied by the Nazis. Literally every stroke of this picture awakens in the reader a burning hatred of fascism - the worst enemy of humanity.
