Azidemocratic state. The situation worsened significantly with the coming to power of people from the KGB. Spy mania has begun to spread in the country. Journalists, scientists, environmentalists, entrepreneurs, and diplomats have been persecuted by the FSB in recent years. There is close cooperation and unity between the prosecutor's office, courts and the FSB. Unsubstantiated accusations of espionage and disclosure of state secrets have become the norm. In this work, using the example of the fate of people accused of espionage and therefore now already known in the country, an attempt is made to assess and comprehend the situation associated with arbitrariness on the part of the special services.
