Working in the sports departments of the central media, the author wrote about “fights without rules”, had the opportunity to meet with leading experts in martial arts, both in Russia and around the world. The second section is a natural continuation of the first part this book. As we study the history of martial arts, we come across a heap of myths in the field of martial arts. The author tried to separate the wheat from the chaff, relying on historical documents. This is not an instruction on the use of fighting techniques, but rather a reflection of them in a person’s life. The book will allow you to look at martial arts not as a sport or a way to maintain health, but as a complex and important element of the culture of all mankind.
