About the book: year / In recent years, a subgenre about so-called “popados” has become popular in science fiction. Most often, these books talk about our contemporaries, who, once in the past, abruptly turn the tide of history. Of course, I couldn’t ignore this wonderful genre. This mini-novel, although somewhat secondary, is, in my humble opinion, the quintessence that has absorbed all the best from what I myself have read in similar novels by talented authors. The novel is replete with unexpected plot twists, dashing action and hot love scenes. At the same time, the adventurous plot is combined with carefully selected historical material. A true chronology of events, tactical and technical characteristics of equipment and weapons, and high reliability of psychological portraits of real historical figures are observed. The mini-novel "Popados" is a pilot book for a proposed series of at least 40 novels.
