The book is based on documents from the German Foreign Ministry, published in translation from German and English. The collection also includes articles by foreign and emigrant authors who lived abroad, as well as numerous primary sources from foreign archives related to the topic of “German money” and the Russian revolution of 1917. The editor-compiler and commentator of the collection is a famous scientist, author of a number of works on Russian history , Doctor of Historical Sciences Yuri Felshtinsky.
