  • MediaDB / «The estate structure of post-Soviet Russia" Simon Kordonsky: download fb2, read online

About the book: 2008 / The monograph raises problems associated with the social structure of modern Russia, which is considered as two-component: estate and class. An attempt has been made to present the social history of Russia as a cyclical dominance of either estate or class structure. The principles of the class structure of the USSR and modern Russian classes are described. The titular (existing by law) and non-titular (serving) classes are identified and their relationship with the class structure is shown. The author describes inter-class relations related to the distribution of resources. The study will be of interest to sociologists, economists, and representatives of other humanities disciplines.
