About the book: 2022 / Debut collection of poems by a self-proclaimed, original poet. What is a cocoon? Shell? Protection? Perhaps so. However, first of all, the cocoon is a symbol of rebirth, the border between the decline of the old life and the dawn of the new. The silk capsule grows around the caterpillar, nurtures it for years, and then spits out the butterfly to the mercy of fate. Sometimes an insect appears to the world as a bright, irresistible spot, and sometimes as an ugly substance. That’s the will of the cocoon... I’ve been writing for a long time, rhyming words with each other since my school desk. All this time I was destined to be a caterpillar. But at the moment when I felt a crazy thought: to put all my poems under one cover, I began to bury myself in silk. Time has passed, the book is ready, the cocoon is torn. However, I don't know what kind of insect I transformed into. Only you can see what the cocoon has done to me and decide about my fate: let it flutter or be crushed under the sole of your shoe.…
