Sitting comfortably on the floor in a small barn, she leaned her back against a bale of hay and took a deep breath. The fire, built among the stones a couple of meters from her, burned joyfully; she had just placed another branch in it and was enjoying the soothing sound of the crackling wood. It was March, and today was particularly cold. Through the window on the far wall, a sliver of the sky could be seen, and it was clear that it was snowing outside.
