About the book: 2005 / Here's what the writer himself says: "Egyptian Alley" opens a series of science-fiction mystical stories set in the 1970s. I worked on this series intermittently after The End of Pierre's Show. A character named Richard Jeperson also appeared in No Need to Be Crazy, Seven Stars: Biafran Bank Manager, and Tomorrow City. And for the revived Night Vision series, I wrote a novella, Nose Up, in which the story Jepersona is already developing in our time, although I still have not resolved many of the accompanying secrets and mysteries. The story “Egyptian Alley” was written for the collection “Jzmbrace the Mutation”. Authors were asked to write something inspired by J.C. Potter's illustrations. From the picture I chose, it became obvious to me that J.K. once took exactly the same walk in Highgate Cemetery, the old one, and not the one where Karl Marx is buried. "How can you even ignore the story, in which contains the amazing phrase “the massacre that glam rock ghouls perpetrated on their fans at the Glastonbury festival”?! A? I ask you - how can you resist such a temptation??!
