About the book: 2013 / "Neither white nor red, but Russian", "Tsar and the Soviets", "Facing Russia" - Under these slogans, youth from “Young Russia”, one of the largest foreign Russian organizations, which had its branches on all continents and in all states where there were Russian exiles, spoke out. The author paints a broad canvas of the world of ideas of the Young Russians, confident in the overthrow of the “Red International” either through revolution or the evolution of power itself. The book devotes a lot of space to the issues of building the “new world” and its builders – the Young Russians in theory and the “Stalinist shock troops” in practice. Attention is paid to such a multi-colored phenomenon as nationalism and its role in state building. Chronologically, the book ends with the first years of the Second World War, when the Young Russians came out in defense of Russia.
