About the book: 2017 / This story is about the last days of the life (34 days from the moment of arrest to execution) of Russian citizen Alexei Ivanovich Ivanov, repressed in 1937. One example shows the misfortunes that befell our country in this year of mass repression. The senseless (or perhaps the meaning needs to be found? And to understand, people of what nation, what faith were interested in this?) destruction of hundreds of thousands of repressed people subsequently led to the death of tens of millions of our citizens. Using the example of one unfortunate suicide bomber (the author’s father), the methods of “work” of the repressive apparatus of that time. Who directed this apparatus so skillfully? Why was this done, who benefited from it and what? Until now, no one in Russia has established the answer. At least NOT ONE STATE AGENCY CONDEMNED the war between the state and its own people, which lasted from 1917 to 1953. The PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE and the SUPREME COURT of the state remain proudly silent.
