On the way back, they, together with a random acquaintance, get lost in the forest and hide from the rain in an abandoned house standing in the middle of the forest. Perhaps this is where the witch they talk about in these parts lived. Perhaps her restless spirit still lives in the house and will not simply let wandering travelers go. But who should you be more afraid of: a dead witch or a living stranger who is clearly lying about how he ended up here? What was he up to? And why did Dasha mention his name in her note??
