But there were also Muslim, Polish, peasant and other conspiracies... The Russian authorities were well aware of all this, but for some reason they did not act. But this could also be a conspiracy... Due to the fact that all the conspiracies overlapped each other, a synergistic effect arose, and the Russian Empire was doomed.
