About the book: 1912 / The collection offered to the attention of the public contains small fantasies and plays written at different times and not united by any one idea; but the author has collected here exclusively those of his fictional works, some of which have already appeared in print, some of which have not yet been published, which strictly correspond to the title “Ideas in Masks.” This title seems clear enough to me that it does not need any comments, just as, I hope, even fantasies and plays do not need them.
