About the book: 2023 / For centuries, the countries of Asia languished in monstrous slavery at first under the rule of local tyrants - rajas, sultans, emperors - and later under the boot of European colonialists. The amazing richness of nature was combined here with the monstrous poverty of the common people and the luxury of the palaces of the rulers. But at the beginning of the twentieth century, people appeared who were ready to put an end to this. Guerrilla warfare swept across the continent. Following Maoist China, all the peoples of Asia rose up to fight the colonialists, as well as their local accomplices. From Turkey to Japan and from Indonesia to Arabia - everything was painted red with banners and shed blood. Both in poor Burma and in prosperous Japan, hundreds of thousands of people went into the forests, went underground, went to prisons and scaffolds for the sake of the great idea of that Asia will sooner or later turn from a vale of sorrow into a prosperous land of universal equality. Some of them achieved success, some died in agony, never seeing the dawn. This book is about these amazing people. The publishing layout of the book is saved in PDF A4 format.
