The death of the plane of the President of Poland made this already gloomy place simply an unhealing wound for both Russia and Poland. The dream that formed the initial basis for the plot of the book occurred to me even before the tragedy with the Polish plane. I then worked in the government of the President of Kalmykia Kirsan Ilyumzhinov as a minister and was terribly afraid of missing his plane when going on business trips. But the main purpose of writing the novel was the idea of ​​looking at the situation that was described in the Wachowski brothers’ films about “The Matrix.” My novel is, to some extent, the Anti-Matrix. What could happen if our world and the world described in the famous film collide? How will the heroes of The Matrix look under these circumstances?»?
