About the book: 2024 / In the stories, the author recalls her family and childhood: how she was fashionable in her mother’s hat, how her grandmother arranged a “bride show” for a potential groom, moving, the first indecent books, and my already adult life, in which there was still a place for my grandmother’s burnt pancakes and her catchphrase “Don’t look at him, he’s worthless.” These stories contain all of life, funny and unpredictable, sometimes offensive and funny, but most not real.
