Life is such that from time to time a person encounters something either partially new or fundamentally new that needs to be understood and assimilated. The following point gives this phenomenon a high level of problematicity: 90–95 percent of life phenomena are ordinary, therefore, special efforts of the mind and soul are not required to understand them. But the most important phenomena in life usually fall into the moderately complex category. And this is where most ordinary people with an average or below average intelligence level, as a rule, suffer a categorical fiasco. This phenomenon plays a major role in the life of a person who consciously and purposefully strives to develop his personality, implementing a program of self-education and self-improvement.
